When it comes to creating content, blog posts can be time-consuming to write. But with private label rights (PLR) recipes, you can quickly create high-quality, affordable, unique content for your blog and followers in less time. PLR recipes provide you with everything you need to make a delicious meal without having to start from scratch.
Whether you’re just starting out in the blogging world or have been blogging for years, a PLR recipe is a great way to get more content quickly and easily without having to do all the hard work. Whether you are a starting or seasoned blogger, need new ideas or inspiration, or just don’t have the time and/or money, to come up with lots of new content, PLR content is the way to go. With a PLR recipe, you can customize and personalize it however you want to make it look like you were the original creator of this recipe.
Here are some creative ways to make the most of your PLR recipe:
Change up the Lingo
Replace formal language with conversational language that speaks directly to your target audience and makes them feel connected to the content. You can also add additional ingredients or steps if desired or omit any that don’t fit in with your own style of cooking. Or double or reduce the ingredients.
Edit the Photos
You can use Social Media Templates that I offer in my shop and swap out the photos and match your branding colors and fonts, you can design a photo collage, or style ingredient and instruction photos with text on each photo. This can be used as part of your blog post or even shared on social media sites like TikTok or Instagram Reels.
Write a blog post
Find as much information as you can about the recipe. You can add historical facts, or maybe even fun facts. You can also give more information about certain ingredients.
Add affiliate links
If you are an affiliate, you can promote certain products. For example, if you are an Amazon affiliate, you can link all the appliances that are needed to create this recipe.
Create Visual Recipes
If you have access to video editing software, you can turn your recipe into a visual guide by adding fun music and animations that make it more engaging for viewers. This type of content tends to do really well on social media sites such as YouTube, Instagram TV, and Facebook Watch.
Take it Offline
You can also print out your recipes as zines or cards and send them out as promotional materials or swag items for your business!
Use Themes
Consider creating themed collections of recipes such as “Healthy Meals” or “Vegan Desserts” that can be published together across multiple platforms. You could even create a cookbook using your own brand colors and fonts for extra flair!
Last but not least, always remember that when using PLR recipes it’s important to change up the content so it doesn’t look identical to other blogs that may have purchased the same material. Try adding new ideas, facts, tips, tricks, or other information, to make your PLR product look like it was uniquely created by you.

This all makes a lot of sense! I think generic information will always be out there, it’s how the individual makes that information their own that stands out!
Being a fairly new food blogger I found this article quite helpful. I do want to differentiate myself and at the same time be more productive. I will certainly check out the social media templates!
This is so useful! I’m not a food blogger, but it’s definitely something I hope to see more of from food bloggers now that I read this!
Hhhhmmm….it’s quite a lot of work you’ve detailed here. It’s good that I am covered with blog posts and photos.
What a detailed tips for us to provide a quality content to the viewers. I’ll take note all of these. Thanks for sharing!
As a food blogger with just a few years of experience, I found this article incredibly helpful. I’m looking for ways to keep my content original while also improving my output. I hadn’t heard of PLR content before, but it seems like it could be quite beneficial.
PLR rights can be a game changer, but as I look through recipes when I want to cook, those recipes are abused. I find fantastic photos, and make the recipe and it’s a disaster. I’m an ok cook, but I now know that I need to go to tried and true recipes from an experienced chef. I am spending more time researching who to follow!
I think the biggest and most important tip on there is changing the tone. These posts are great time savers, but you still need to touch them up a little to make them sound like you.
I like the idea of taking it offline as well. SOMETIMES it’s nice to have something to see and hold in your hand rather than just doing everything online.
PLRs can come in handy. Editing it is essential, though, to make it your own, your own branding, so to speak. Great tips for making the content feel fresh and unique!
